All events are held at the Ottawa Megadome in Stittsville at 5315 Abbott St E. (google map)

Only players registered for either our flag or tackle programs are eligible to join, and there is no cost to attend! C'mon out, meet your new teammates, and get active! Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time to ensure we can make the most of our time! Please be sure your player wears light athletic clothing, pocketless pants/shorts, and cleats. We will provide mouthguards at the first session, but if your player wants to bring their own that's great!
